Things to Do on Paper

Things to Do on PaperFinding things to do on paper is not as easy as it may seem. Before you can write them down, you need to understand why they are important and what they can do for you. As long as you don't just go right into putting them down, there is nothing to worry about. However, if you're like most people who are just starting out, you'll be anxious to do these things and get the assignments out of the way.I don't think there are any real ways to write things down. It's an entirely personal thing. However, there are many different ways to do this. You can keep them in your head or you can put them on paper. There are times when I put things on paper, and I think they are generally better written than on my mind.Using your own calendar is a good way to make it more productive. But there are times when you can't be held responsible for your work. Whether it's a test, assignment, or meeting, you'll have to find a good place for it. I used to list things on my calendar the old fashioned way. I would punch them in and when I was done, they were marked up and I would write them down when I got done.I did this because I thought it was the best way to work. It was how I always did things, so I didn't think anything of it. Then I realized that my brain was filled with clutter and there were some other things on my calendar that I had forgotten about and I really didn't know what they were. The other times I used to forget about things on my calendar, I did have a time management software system that was trying to help me with this. I could save the tasks in an excel sheet and then I just needed to put them in my calendar. This is one of the best times to do this simple task. By using the software, you can sort your calendar, get rid of stuff you don't need, and then put your valuable papers away in a spot that you find easy to access. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. It can be a table top or even a large book. When you have a ton of projects on your hands , you may find it easier to put them on paper. However, if you're like most people, you're going to want to keep them all in your head.It really is the same as the old way of doing things. All of your tasks are placed in your calendar and you take them out when you're done. You have to do something about this and you will. If you don't, you will just use your old method and never get anywhere. What you do with those tasks is completely up to you. You can categorize them, move them around, or put them back down if you want to. Just try to figure out what you're going to do with it in the next few weeks. Sometimes there are only two things that I do in the morning and they are making sure my hair is cut at least four days before the day and then eat a bag of chips and a candy bar at the end of the day. For other people, it's simply a mental exercise, but it can be a great way to get things done on paper, at least for a while.
